A year on from the start of our next chapter, Wood Moore & Co has gone from strength to strength.
The most visible change has been our rebrand, but behind the scenes it has been very much business as usual – delivering expert commercial property advice across Newark, Lincoln, Grantham and Sleaford.
Over the past 12 months, we have invested in the future of the business by introducing industry-leading software platforms KATO for our commercial agency services and Re-Leased for property management. These investments are helping us provide an even better service to our clients while supporting our continued growth.
That growth would not have been possible without the support of our clients, contacts and professional partners. Together, we have completed a number of significant commercial property sales and lettings across the region, strengthening our position as one of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire’s leading commercial property consultants.
While the business continues to evolve, Garry remains a key part of the team, bringing decades of experience, local market knowledge and trusted advice that clients continue to value.
Away from property transactions, we’ve strengthened our community presence through our growing partnership with Lincoln City FC and the appointment of Cordy to lead our social media activity, helping us better showcase our clients, properties and people.
Looking ahead, our focus remains simple: delivering exceptional service to existing clients while continuing to grow our commercial property agency and property management portfolio. The arrival of a new Management Surveyor in August will add further expertise and help drive the next phase of growth for the business.
