Acting on behalf of private investors, Wood Moore & Co have successfully completed the letting of 4 brand new starter units at12-15 Jessops Park in Newark. Newly joined graduate surveyor, Oliver Foster reported that all the lettings achieved the quoting rent of £7,950 a year or £8 per square foot.
