Acting on behalf Melior Land, Wood Moore & Co are pleased to report that having previously advised on the acquisition of the former Schlumberger oil industry training facility, that a long term lease to Global Recycling Services has been completed. The site which is located near Long Bennington, extends to almost 6 acres with substantial workshop, warehouse and office accommodation should secure the long term future of Global in the area. Wood Moore & Co Director, Garry Wood, said that there had been considerable interest from a number of potential occupiers wanting to acquire the property and that he was particularly pleased that the property has been let to an expanding locally based business.
