A substantial housing development site has been sold to Countryside Properties PLC via Wood Moore & Co. The 4 acre site on Bowbridge Road in Newark has detailed planning consent for 62 houses and construction is understood to be programmed to begin immediately. It is expected that, once completed, the development will be a welcome regeneration of a site that has remained vacant for some considerable time.
