Acting on behalf of private clients, Wood Moore & Co have sucessfully concluded the re-letting of Sheppard Lockton House on Beacon Hill Office Park, Newark to UMC Architects. Garry Wood, said the letting was an illustration of continued occupier confidence in Newark as a location but also reflected the high quality of the building which is one of the very few, if not the only, BREEAM Rated office buildings in the town. Sheppard Lockton House provides 5,920 sq ft (550 sq m) of high quality space together with a 43 space car park.
